Job Description		OT needed to cover Tyler and surrounding areas! Health benefits start day one (for those working 32 hours in a week), Employer paid $25,000 life insurance policy, Traditional and Roth 401(k) plan with company match, dental coverage, vision coverage and other optional benefits. This position offer a generous per visit rate, mileage paid from visit to visit, and weekly direct deposit. You must have a current state license, home health experience is a plus but not necessary, current TB and CPR, will have to pass a background check and drug screen.
